Senior Sourcing Manager

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for seasonal products
• Lead sourcing projects from product specifications through supplier identification, qualification, negotiation, contracting, and supplier relationship management
• Conduct market research and analysis on seasonal product trends, pricing, supply capabilities, and risks
• Build and manage strategic supplier partnerships to ensure a reliable supply of cost-competitive, quality seasonal products
• Continuously monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, delivery, responsiveness, and total cost
• Identify cost reduction and process improvement opportunities in the supply chain
• Maintain expert knowledge of seasonal product manufacturing processes, technologies, and supply market conditions
• Manage a team of sourcing specialists and coordinate cross-functional collaboration between departments
• Create and analyze sourcing data, proposals, budgets, and reports for executive management

• 7+ years sourcing experience, with 5+ years in a sourcing manager role
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field
• Previous experience in handling seasonal products will be required
• Expert knowledge of ribbon product manufacturing and global supply markets
• Strong product development experience is required
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing concepts and negotiations
• Strong analytical, project management and relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
